300kg/h film squeezing machine

This is new type plastic machine, special for plastic recycling and washing line, it can replace the dewater machine, dryer machine,after the film from out of the high friction washing. When making granules,it’s also not need compactor. Will save more machine cost and power.and easy to control.general design ideas like the below:

1.squeezing machine barrel no necessary to treatment by 38Crmoal,because fricton part is on head.

But need hot treatment.(heating part by 38Crmoal)

2.squeezing machine barrel design, on the surface,the barrel will be drill more small holes.inside hole about 3mm,outside about 6mm.

So this design can ensure not get stuck by material when have high pressure inside.

3.inside of squeezing machine barrel have 5 pcs Keyway,(picture is 300 type,have 6 pcs Keyway),

this Keyway function is ensure make the rawmaterial push ahead by screw.

4.the squeezing machine Screw material must be by 38Crmoal,rigidy high,Good abrasion resistance.

5.squeezing machine screw design by TWO-IN-ONE,using cost lowest.

6.the mould holes of squeezing machine can be adjustable
